Fees
Transparent starting points, scoped to the work
Fees are fixed once we agree the engagement letter. The figures below are starting points; complexity of pensions, number of schemes, and joint versus individual planning can move the quote.
| Consultation | Starting fee | Typical duration | What drives the estimate |
|---|---|---|---|
| Retirement Income Planning | From £1,850 | 4–6 weeks | Number of pots, DB schemes, joint cash-flow modelling |
| Investment Portfolio Review | From £950 | 2–3 weeks | Holdings count, overseas accounts, workplace scheme constraints |
| Tax-Efficient Savings Guidance | From £750 | 2–4 weeks | Household income complexity, unused allowances, company contributions |
| Inheritance & Estate Conversation | From £680 | 1–2 meetings | Property interests, existing gifts, pension nominations |
How we quote
After a brief enquiry call we send a one-page scope with a fixed fee. Work begins when you sign the engagement letter and pay the agreed deposit. The balance is due on delivery of the written recommendations.
What is never charged
We do not take product commissions, trail fees, or percentage-of-assets charges. If a recommendation involves a product provider, any provider costs sit outside our fee and are disclosed separately.
Travel and meetings
Office meetings in Corkeryham and UK video calls are included in the quoted fee. On-site visits outside our usual area may add a travel line item, agreed in advance.
